English Mastery Academy offers digital downloadable eBooks, therefore our refund policy is aligned with Razorpay guidelines for digital goods.
No Refund Policy
- All sales of digital downloadable products are final and non-refundable
- Once payment is successful and the eBook is delivered or download access is provided, no refund or cancellation is allowed
Exceptions
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer
- Payment deducted but download access not received due to technical error (after verification)
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
